The campsite

At the gates of the Arcachon Bay and bottom of the giant Pilat Dune, La Forêt campsite is nested in a centuries-old, 12 ha forest. It is a magic place where mother nature rules.

The accomodation

355 landscaped, clearly marked , half-shady or sunny sites.
114 mobile homes and chalets for 2 to 6 persons, comfortably equipped with terrace and garden furniture. One mobile home specially designed for disabled persons (3 persons).

The activities

During the day our entertainers propose many sports activities: table tennis and petanque competitions, kiting, paragliding

During the evening dancing, games and entertainment.

Nearby Visits: le Cap Ferret and its famous lighthouse, the Arcachon Bay
Tasting: Gujan-Mestras and oyster farm ports
Leisure: paragliding, hang gliding, horse riding centre, discotheque, boat trips, beaches, line fishing or beachcombing , the Aqualand amusement park, sailing, diving, kayaking and surfing, etc.

Five days a week, in the morning or afternoon, our activity organizers look forward to welcoming children aged between 4 and 12 for a range of craft, sports and other fun activities including preparation for evening events, kiting and bread-making classes.

The facilities

200 m² water leisure centre.
Sport and leisure activities: Tennis courts, petanque area, beach volley and beach soccer, minigolf,
table tennis tables.

The services

All season: Internet terminal and Wifi zone (extra charge), local newsagents, laundry, games room, information desk, shop, bicycle hire.
High season : Grocery store, croissant bakery, takeaway food, bar, restaurant, national and international newsagents.
